Order Shipping Practices

Stampin’ Up! works with established carriers to ensure the best possible delivery conditions. Under normal circumstances, the standard processing time in the North America Distribution Center is two business days after the date the order is closed. During peak times, orders may require one to two additional processing days. Once the order leaves the North America Distribution Center, shipping times may vary and are the carrier’s responsibility.

Shipping and Handling

As of 1 April 2022, the standard shipping and handling rates for Canada will be $10.95 CAD or 11% (whichever is greater).

The minimum shipping charge of $10.95 CAD will apply to order totals up to $99.59 CAD. Order totals greater than this will be calculated at 11%.

In addition to standard shipping and handling, one expedited shipping option is available for an additional $28.00 CAD* (i.e., $10.95 or 11%—whichever is greater—plus $28.00).

The Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and the Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine are not eligible for expedited shipping.

*The expedited rate increases by $28.00 CAD for each $650.00 CAD increment (or fraction thereof) of the total order amount (i.e., expedited shipping for orders totaling $650.00 CAD or less would cost $10.95 CAD or 11% of the total order amount—whichever is greater—plus $28.00 CAD, orders totaling $650.01 to $1,300.00 CAD would cost 11% of the total order amount plus $56.00 CAD, and so on).

Please remember that expedited shipping is not guaranteed. Expedited orders move up in picking/fulfillment priority (which we have control over internally), but once it leaves Stampin’ Up!’s distribution center, we have no control over when it arrives to you. Shipping vendors are experiencing significant challenges in the current global supply chain crisis and will continue to for some time.

Delivery

Due to the high volume of orders placed during the first few days of a launch, order pick/shipping times could increase by as many as four extra business days. Please be sure to consider these potential delays as you place your orders and plan your events.

Force Majuere

Stampin’ Up! will not be liable for nonperformance of any of its obligations under the agreement if its nonperformance was due to a Force Majeure Event. Force Majeure Events include acts of God; war; riot; civil strife; act of terrorism, domestic or foreign; embargo; governmental rule, regulation or decree; flood, fire, hurricane, tornado, or other casualty; earthquake; strike, lockout, or other labor disturbance; the unavailability of distribution, labor or materials to the extent beyond the control of the party affected; or any other events or circumstances not within Stampin’ Up!’s reasonable control, whether similar or dissimilar to any of the foregoing. Upon occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, Stampin’ Up! shall notify the other you that a Force Majeure Event has occurred, its anticipated effect on performance, including its expected duration. Stampin’ Up! will use reasonable diligence to resume performance. If the Force Majeure Event continues for more than 30 days, either party may cancel the contract.
